- Created and Implemented Process Improvement strategizes to Reduce Cost and Increase Production Output.
- Monitor Employee performance and provided guidance, coaching and training to ensure the production Goal.
- Implemented new Production process and Procedure to ensure safety and quality Control
- Work with Production Manager, General Manager, and PROGRAME Manager.
- 5 Single Piece Flow – Produce Product in Continue One Piece Flow and improving Efficiency.
- Carrying out Stage Inspection during Assembly of Excavators
- Taking corrective and Preventive actions for field failure Report.
- Good at 7QC tools, Quality Circle, Concept, 5S, Kaizen and Good Team Player.
- Inspect the finished good material as per the customer QAP.
- Responsible for Incoming Quality of Supplier Material.
