Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and generate reports on both Arabica and Robusta coffee for purchasing, export, and other purposes. Monitor coffee quality throughout processing stages, including grading, gravity tabling, colour sorting, and mixing/bulking, and record observations for traceability. Assist in preparing, handling, and dispatching various samples (approval/PSS, stock lot, type, shipments, and offer samples) to clients, and maintain accurate tracking records. Manage and maintain records of samples in the Quality Laboratory. Oversee off-loading, loading, and sampling processes. Inspect export and storage containers/trucks before loading to ensure they are free from contaminants and safe for coffee transport.
