Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- You will be directly responsible for receiving and managing all reservation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Handle all calls / WhatsApp / emails for bookings
- Record and confirm reservations accurately
- Update booking sheet and send daily reports
- Coordinate with internal teams in regards to reservations
