Role Description
The Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present agency services, and build and maintain long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign offerings, providing accurate information to clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Agent will also track sales activities, meet set targets, and provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain professional relationships.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
