Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Kampala. Sales Agents will identify and approach prospective clients, present insurance, pensions, and investment products, and provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and terms. They will maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and offer guidance on suitable financial solutions. The role includes meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, completing application paperwork, and ensuring accurate documentation.
