Role Description
The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Central, responsible for generating new business and supporting existing client relationships. Daily tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, presenting products and services, explaining features and pricing, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The role involves processing sales transactions, updating customer records, preparing basic quotations, and following up on leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the broader team to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, consistent attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
