The Sales Associate will generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Kolaborate. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting suitable solutions, and converting opportunities into sales. Reports To: CEO. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), include; Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Number of new clients acquired and revenue generated. Quantity and quality of qualified leads. Lead-to-client conversion rate. Sales pipeline value. Client retention and account growth.
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and sales opportunities.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiate and close sales in line with company targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Effective prospecting and negotiation abilities.
Consultative selling and relationship management.
Strong follow-up, organisational, and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded.

Experience
