Role Description
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The Sales Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present insurance services that meet client objectives. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing sales proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close deals.
