Responsibilities
To advise and sell insurance products to bank customers, providing excellent service while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. The role is responsible for resolving customer queries, managing policy-related requests, and supporting the achievement of bancassurance sales targets. Promote, sell, and provide guidance on insurance products to bank customers through various channels. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance solutions that meet customer needs. Respond to customer insurance queries and complaints promptly, escalating only complex issues when necessary. Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branch staff, insurers, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Follow all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls to protect the bank and its customers. Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism and adhering to the bank’s Code of Conduct. Use customer feedback and data insights to improve service quality and sales performance.
