Role Description
The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala, responsible for driving sales and promoting the agency’s services to existing and prospective clients. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and following up on leads to close deals. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing initiatives, and preparing regular reports on sales performance. The Sales Marketing Executive also maintains strong client relationships, gathers market feedback, and supports promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
