Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Specialist at Kowalink.

The Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new customers.

Daily

Responsibilities

include conducting virtual product demos, explaining platform features, and tailoring solutions to the needs of entrepreneurs and social sellers.

The role involves responding to inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining a pipeline using CRM tools.

The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with customer support and product teams to relay customer feedback, improve messaging, and ensure a smooth post-sale transition. The role also includes creating and delivering sales training materials for partners or internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships, handling objections, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Experience

  • in Sales Management or pipeline management, including forecasting, using CRM tools, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Training skills, such as conducting product walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, or basic sales enablement training for customers or partners.
  • Familiarity with social commerce, e-commerce, or digital platforms;
  • selling tech or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, time management, and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical
