- Must possess at least a Primary Seven (P.7) education, Senior Four (S.4), Senior Six (S.6), or a relevant certificate.

Former members of the Uganda People's Defence Forces (UPDF) and the Uganda Police Force with good conduct and verifiable service records are highly encouraged to apply.
Must be disciplined, trustworthy, responsible, and committed to maintaining professional security standards.
Must possess a valid National Identity Card (National ID).
Must provide a recommendation letter from the Local Council I (LC I) of their home area. This is an essential requirement for the application.
