Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for: installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial equipment. Direct engagement with new and existing clients, preparation of service contracts and reports, and conducting service-related workshops
Electrical
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on commercial equipment.
Work on single- and three-phase electrical systems.
Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, heating elements, sensors and control circuits.
Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Carry out electrical testing using appropriate test equipment.
Refrigeration
Service and maintain cold rooms, freezers and refrigerated counters.
Diagnose compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion systems and controllers.
Carry out leak detection, evacuation and refrigerant charging.
Service ice machines, blast chillers and other commercial refrigeration equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks.
Commercial Kitchen Equipment
