- Monitor accelerated shelf life chambers, testing conditions, and equipment parameters to ensure adherence to stability protocols.
- Conduct rancidity testing, packaging barrier evaluations, and physical chemical assessments using approved laboratory methods.
- Verify instruments, reagents, reference standards, and sampling plans for suitability and calibration before running tests and relying on data.
- Record test results, instrument logs, and experimental observations accurately to maintain traceable and audit ready stability documentation.
- Identify, document, and contain test deviations or non conforming samples, preventing false acceptance of unstable products.
- Participate in evidence based root cause analyses and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare laboratory records, test methods, and data summaries to support UNBS, food safety, and customer quality audits.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, chemical handling, and personal protective equipment standards at all times.
