- Monitor and regulate heat tunnel temperature parameters and thread packaging film correctly to ensure stable bundle formation.
- Conduct continuous inspections of wrapped packs for seal tightness, alignment, correct pack count, and structural integrity.
- Perform authorized machine adjustments strictly within defined operational limits and request technical support for mechanical faults.
- Isolate defective packs or compromised packaging materials immediately to prevent downstream processing or dispatch.
- Execute cleaning, allergen control, and line clearance protocols during product changeovers and shift handovers.
- Record process parameters, inspection checks, and production counts truthfully and legibly in official shift logs.
- Adhere to all food safety, machine guarding, personal protective equipment, and occupational health regulations at all times.
