- Inspect finished sealed snack bags for visual, weight, seal, temperature, alignment, and packaging defects before packing.
- Pack snack bags into secondary corrugated cartons according to specified counts and packing speeds.
- Apply box tape securely to secondary cartons following approved packaging specifications.
- Perform station start up, operation, changeover, and shutdown procedures according to approved standard operating instructions.
- Execute and record routine visual, seal, count, and cleanliness checks truthfully on designated logs at the time of completion.
- Separate defective product or packaging promptly and escalate recurring faults or equipment issues to supervisors and technical support.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize the packing station during operations, product changeovers, and end of run clearances to prevent contamination and mix ups.
- Follow all occupational health and safety, food safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment rules throughout the shift.
