- You'll work closely with our founder to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal as we scale up, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success!
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and financial records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms
- Record and monitor e-commerce sales and revenue recognition
- Track inventory costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margins
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
