- Position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in accounting.
- Must have knowledge of federal taxation, international accounting, and accounting information systems.
- Job Duties
- Work with clients, associates, and supervisory staff to complete engagements.
- Compile and review financial statements, audit engagements, tax preparation, tax planning, and compliance filings for business entities and individuals.
- Review clients’ accounting with supervisory staff and make the appropriate changes.
- Prepare multi-state tax returns and extensions for S-corporations, C-corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals using Lacerte tax software.
- Ensure compliance with federal foreign filing
- including Forms 5471, 5472, 114, 8938, 8621 and 8865.
- Stay up to date with existing and new accounting promulgations, IRC and tax law changes, including the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB), the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) and the continuing interpretations and final regulations.
