Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Supervise warehouse staff, sales representatives, and store assistants. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave records, and discipline. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and training. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage inventory, stock receiving, storage, stock transfers, and stock counts. Ensure stock records are accurate and investigate any inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve business performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
