Role Description
The Team Leader – Nakawa will oversee daily operations and team performance at the Kampala on-site location, ensuring efficient delivery of international trade finance services. This full-time role includes coordinating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to meet service targets and client expectations. The Team Leader will guide, mentor, and support team members, conduct regular meetings, and foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
Responsibilities
