- Enforce approved company pricing, credit, returns, and promotional terms with strict commercial integrity.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and logistics personnel to verify stock availability and ensure timely order delivery.
- Gather and report timely market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotional activities, and product performance.
- Maintain accurate, legible, and traceable records of sales orders, customer commitments, and daily route performance.
- Identify territory distribution and visibility gaps early to execute practical corrective actions.
- Escalate customer credit risks, unusual payment patterns, suspected product diversion, and counterfeit concerns through appropriate channels.
