Responsibilities

  • Visit retail shops, wholesalers, market outlets, kiosks, and restaurants along planned daily routes to secure product orders.
  • Check customer inventory levels, discuss replenishment needs, introduce new products, and encourage timely reordering.
  • Enter customer orders accurately into mobile sales applications, order books, or approved sales systems.
  • Comply strictly with established cash handling and receipt procedures whenever cash on delivery transactions are permitted.
  • Inspect on shelf product visibility and assist retail stockists with basic merchandising and product arrangement.
  • Identify potential new customer outlets and submit accurate account details for verification and onboarding.
  • Report damaged, expired, or slow moving stock promptly according to established company policies.
  • Gather field market information including competitor pricing, product availability, consumer preferences, and promotional activities.
  • Document and submit daily reports detailing route coverage, order volumes, collected cash, and customer feedback while upholding ethical selling standards.
