Job
Summary
- The Transport Associate/Driver will be responsible for transporting staff, visitors, and organizational property in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
- Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the organization’s vehicle is maintained in good mechanical and functional condition at all times.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, including mileage logs, trip authorization forms, fuel records, and other transport-related documentation required for administrative use.
- Follow up with the contracted garage to ensure that identified vehicle defects are repaired promptly and satisfactorily.
- Receive office mail and ensure that it is delivered to the appropriate destinations in a timely and secure manner.
- Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
