Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sources of used engine oil from workshops, garages, transport companies, industries, and traders. Regularly visit workshops and collection points to maintain strong business relationships. Coordinate with traders and suppliers to speed up the collection and dispatch of black oil. Follow up continuously with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and increased volumes. Monitor market prices and competitor activities. Resolve supplier issues and maintain good long-term relationships. Achieve monthly procurement targets as assigned by management. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and environmental regulations. Key Skills Required Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with workshops and traders. Aggressive follow-up and execution ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field. Basic knowledge of used engine oil (black oil) trading is preferred.
