- Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing and dispatching of tiles and sanitary ware.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled and stored in designated locations.
- Ensure warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with approved procedures.
- Monitor the efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- Inventory and Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support periodic stocktaking exercises.
- Investigate and report stock variances and discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged, slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and product traceability where applicable.
- Product Handling and Storage
- Ensure tiles are stored and handled in a manner that minimizes breakage and damage.
