Im Norden Ugandas fehlt es noch immer an tragfähigen Strukturen innerhalb des Gesundheitswesens, weshalb es oft zu Versorgungs-Engpässen kommt und die einheimische Bevölkerung nicht adäquat medizinisch behandelt werden kann. Wollen Sie Ihr medizinisches Fachwissen teilen und dazu beitragen, dass die Gesundheitsversorgung im Lande strategisch verbessert wird?
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Public Health, Gesundheitsmanagement, Medizin o.ä.
Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft, neue Sprachen zu erlernen
Interkulturelle und soziale Kompetenz
Ihre Aufgaben
Unterstützung einer Diözese der anglikanischen Kirche in Nord-Uganda bei der Erarbeitung einer Strategie für ihre Gesundheitseinrichtungen.
Individuelle Beratung der ca. 40 Gesundheitseinrichtungen zur Umsetzung der Strategie.
Durchführung von Schulungen in den Bereichen Gesundheitsmanagement, Berichtswesen und Lösungsentwicklung.
