Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for all branch transactions.
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Ensure all transactions are supported by approved documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor branch profitability and financial performance.
- Cash and Bank Management
- Manage branch petty cash in accordance with company policy.
- Verify and account for all cash collections.
- Ensure timely banking of customer receipts.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Qualifications, Skills and
Experience

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
At least 2 years in a logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transport, or clearing and forwarding company.
