- Responsible for optimizing the Bank’s business processes and aligning the business process outcomes with the organization’s strategic goals.

- Build and maintain the repository of the Bank’s processes, Standard Operating Procedures, policies to ensure changes are controlled. validated and approved
- Determine the impact of changes (system changes, system upgrades, changes in legislation, etc.) on existing business processes roles and
- Continuously seek new methodologies, tools and introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance efficiency and profitability and assist the Bank to meet its business objectives and goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop business process
