Responsibilities

  • Leads fundraising, donor stewardship initiatives to support MHC’s strategic plan, operational plan, and fundraising priorities.
  • Develops and implements fundraising strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue, donor engagement, and community support.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with donors, prospective donors, Board members, hospital leadership, and community stakeholders to inspire philanthropic investment in MHC.
  • Ensures effective donor stewardship, including timely recognition, ongoing engagement, and clear communication of the impact of donations.
  • Maintains accurate and confidential donor records, ensuring seamless donation processing and compliance with applicable privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Monitors fundraising trends, opportunities, and best practices to inform innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepares and presents regular reports, including campaign updates, dashboards, and revenue tracking to support decision-making.
  • Leads and coordinates fundraising initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution and providing regular status updates to leadership.
  • Creates compelling donor communications and reports that demonstrate the meaningful impact of philanthropic support.
  • Researches and prepares grant applications.
  • Manages the MHC’s fundraising digital presence, including social media platforms and website content.
